Ag-Chem Consulting is directed by Dr. Matthew W. Brooks. Dr. Brooks' academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Chemistry, M.S. degrees in Pesticide Toxicology and Chemistry and a B.S. in Microbiology. He has published numerous peer reviewed articles on residue chemistry and pesticide mode of action and recently completed a book chapter on regulatory requirements for the textbook "Encyclopedia of Agrichemicals". Dr. Brooks is listed in Who's Who in Science and Technology.

While serving as a Senior Scientific Consultant with the firm of Jellinek, Schwartz and Connolly, Inc., Dr. Brooks provided technical assistance for RED rebuttals, HPV testing, polymer exemptions and numerous other technical areas. He maintains a current network of experienced consultants who provide risk assessment and toxicology support.
